Easy access with keyless entry and a welcoming courtyard offers conversational seating around a cozy fire-pit, and scenic Camelback Mountain views. Lounge year-round in multiple outdoor spaces designed for year round desert living. A private retreat, the home boasts outdoor living with a backyard salt-water pool and plenty of entertaining space. A covered patio with outdoor seating for lounging around the 65” TV, private pool and gas BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining. Loungers, beach chairs, and pool floats are provided for you to enjoy. While the pool isn't heated, and desert nights can be quite chilly, it is always available to take the plunge. Outdoor games, include mini golf/putting green, cornhole, and numerous spots to relax. Inside you will find tile and wood flooring, ceiling fans, comfy furniture, luxury linens, and nicely appointed throughout the entire home. Chef's kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, including a generously stocked pantry and a dedicated coffee/tea bar. You'll also have access to purified drinking water to stay hydrated. The island provides seating for 4, and the dining table can be extended to accommodate up to 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have table side plugins, hangers, and extra linens. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy bed, luxury linens and everything you need to have a comfortable, worry-free stay. You'll enjoy smart TVs in 2 bedrooms. Apart from the 3 beds, a Queen-sized Sealy inflatable mattress and extra linens are also available. A desk/workspace is located in the third bedroom if working inside is a must, and fast reliable wifi throughout the property. There are 3 bathrooms, including a convenient pool bath! Say goodbye to packing headaches as we provide all the essential toiletries you need for a hassle-free vacation. Make use of 2 cruiser/bikes to explore the nearby trails or for a quick jaunt to the market. Yoga mats, hand weights, bands, kettle bells are yours to enjoy. On-site yoga classes and certified massage therapists are also available, see local companies we have teamed up with. The laundry room comes complete with a full-size modern washer and dryer, as well as provided detergent pods and cleaning supplies.
