Home Occupancy While we would like to welcome friendly get-togethers at the house, we are restricted by law and insurance requirements to only the maximum number of people our home accommodates is six (6). Quiet Hours Quiet Times are between 10pm and 9am. Pool Safety Children are to be supervised by an Adult at all times. No diving, no running or food in the pool. Smoking Policy For the health and safety of all our guests, our home and property are 100% smoke-free. Pets We love pets! However, we are unable to accommodate your beloved furry family members due to severe allergies among our family members. Candles & Open Flames For your safety and those of others, candles and other sources of open flame are prohibited anywhere on the property. Parking We are not able to accommodate RVs or large trucks over 8,500 LBS. EV Charging Follow the App usage instructions located in the Guidebook. Beach Cruisers Please store bikes in the side area next to the garage when not in use. Bikes are to be locked up at all times. Plumbing Sensitivity Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets. No baby/adult wipes, floss, or personal hygiene products. Please do not put any solids or oils in the garbage disposal. Putting Green & Turf Please do not place any beverages, furniture, or other objects on the putting green or front yard turf. Security Notice For the safety and protection of all guests, we have installed outdoor security cameras. Please be aware that any attempts to tamper with, intentionally deactivate, or disable security equipment, such as Wi-Fi router and exterior video cameras, are strictly prohibited. Firearms No firearms of any kind on the property. Fireworks No fireworks of any kind on the property. What a Gorgeous walkable home to old town Scottsdale. The home couldn't have been set up better for us 6 couples! This home had the little touches most rentals do not have. High recommend!

Our family had a great stay at The Bungalow over Christmas! The home was everything we had hoped for. It was perfect for our active family and we took advantage of all the great amenities - pool, putting green, bags, outdoor lounge area with tv/games - and walked to the many of the local restaurants and shops. Roxanne was very responsive to my questions before and during our arrival and we would definitely stay in one of her properties again!

Staying at Roxanne’s place in Scottsdale felt like visiting your coolest aunt ever—the one with great taste, endless hospitality, and all the fun stuff. The home is gorgeous, warm, and instantly welcoming. Honestly, the house itself turned out to be a vacation, which was a delightful surprise. Every corner had something to enjoy—games, activities, thoughtful touches—so there was never a dull moment. Supplies were abundant (no scavenger hunts for basics), and the location couldn’t be beat—perfectly situated for everything Scottsdale has to offer. This is one of those rare places that feels both special and effortless. We felt completely at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Five stars without hesitation

Roxanne was extremely responsive! She answered our questions within minutes, which is so nice. The location was perfect! Very close to restaurants. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at this home. Group of six stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding. Walkable to Old Town, driving takes only minutes. Great pool, provided us some welcome gifts which was so lovely. 3 bathrooms are a plus. Note the outdoor bathroom is considered one of the three bathrooms. Clean, perfect size for 6. Thanks!
